Addison Group is hiring for a Receptionist on behalf of a client. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to join a dynamic team in a front-facing administrative role looking for long-term growth.
Job Description
The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests and callers, ensuring smooth daily office operations while supporting executives and administrative staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors with professionalism and hospitality
Answer and direct incoming phone calls, take messages, and provide general information
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and office correspondence
Track industry-related updates and assist in maintaining company records
Monitor office supplies and assist with office equipment maintenance
Support executives with administrative tasks, including scheduling, research, and document management
Assist with office meetings, events, and general office coordination
Qualifications:
Strong tenure (5+ years) in previous roles is preferred
High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum of four years of administrative experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience with multi-line phone systems preferred
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Additional Details:
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
Dress Code: Business Casual
