HHM Talent is assisting a client search for a General Manager for their new Porshe store in Charlotte, NC.

This position will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the new Porsche Dealership in North Charlotte. This individual will lead and manage all aspects of the Porsche dealership, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and profitability.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of the Porsche dealership, including sales, service, and finance departments
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
• Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
• Manage and motivate a team of employees
• Establish and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and developments

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a General Manager Role in a Porsche Dealership
• Strong knowledge and understanding of Porsche vehicles and brand
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively manage a team and drive performance
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
