Our business focuses on creating 6 figure incomes in as fast as 3-4 years through our ownerships understanding of business development. About 40% of our staff take home a 6 figure income. Our tenure and longevity of providers is unparalleled to what the current industry represents. Our current staff tenure is 5 years plus on average and we opened in 2017.
Commissions start at 42% and go up above 50%. Or commission/pay scale is simple to understand and there isn't any calculations you must make to understand your paycheck. You start out with a guaranteed hourly rate to allow you to build with security and we focus on building all new hires over tenured staff.
The bar is set extremely high here so mediocrity is not something we allow. In order for us to maintain the status of Colorado's top barbershop, our barrier to entry is somewhat challenging so be patient and be excited.
