Head of Product

Role Overview

As the highest-ranking leader of our global product organization, you will define, own, and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our core trading platform and related products worldwide. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and user-centric trading experiences, covering spot, derivatives, margin, and wealth management products. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the global product strategy and roadmap across web, mobile, and API platforms
• Drive innovation across spot, derivatives, margin, and wealth management products
• Ensure alignment with US regulatory frameworks (SEC, CFTC, FinCEN) while fostering product innovation
• Optimize full trading workflows including order placement, matching, clearing, custody, and risk control
• Leverage data analytics to drive user engagement, retention, and transaction growth
• Lead, mentor, and scale cross-regional product teams; coordinate with trading, operations, compliance, and marketing
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships across the industry

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management, with at least 3 years in a senior product role at a leading crypto exchange, brokerage, or high-performance fintech platform
• Proven track record in building and scaling high-concurrency, high-security trading platforms
• Strong understanding of trading systems, liquidity management, and risk controls
• Global mindset and experience leading multi-regional, multi-lingual teams
• Fluent in English and Mandarin

Compensation & Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package tailored to attract top global talent, including:

• Base Salary Range : USD 250,000 – 350,000 annually (depending on experience and qualifications)
