Your Responsibilities
Prospect and secure new client accounts for our private security services
Perform targeted outreach: calls, emails, and site visits
Build strong relationships with property managers, business owners, developers, and more
Guide prospects through the sales process — from intro to signed contract
Strategically plan your own sales pipeline to maximize close rates and commissions
Collaborate with leadership to identify emerging market opportunities
What You Bring
Proven background in B2B sales, business development, or outbound prospecting
Self-driven, ambitious, and not afraid to work for what you want
Strong communicator with the ability to build trust quickly
Comfortable with a commission-only model and excited by performance-based income
Ability to manage time and tasks independently
Based in or willing to travel throughout the Seattle–Tacoma metro area
Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience in security, law enforcement, or military
Existing network in property management or commercial real estate
Familiarity with CRMs like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools
