Key Responsibilities:
(Strategic Leadership)
• Execute & implement national sales strategy
• Maximize sales opportunities with decision makers
• Ability to investigate market trends, competition, customer needs, and identify growth opportunities
• Assist in setting clear goals & KPI’s for sales performance & team development
• Effective communication internally & externally
(Team Management)
• Ability to inspire & lead diverse team of outside salespeople
• Foster collaborative & high-performing culture focused on accountability & innovation
• Participate in training & development programs to enhance sales
(Revenue Growth)
• Assist in facilitating quantifiable achievement of revenue, profitability, and market share targets
• Work with Customer Service, Marketing & Product teams to create effective go-to-market strategies
• Develop pricing models, discounts, & promotions to max profitability
• Short & Long-term sales planning
(Operational Oversight)
• Use CRM tools to track sales pipeline and any progress, forecast revenue, and analyze sales data
• Data assessment (sorting, searching, optimization)
(Customer Engagement)
• Build & maintain relationships with key clients, industry influencers, and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Preferred:
• BA in business admin, marketing, or related
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree
• Familiarity with emerging sales technologies and trends (AI or digital selling techniques)
Must Have’s:
• Ideally a minimum of 4 years of sales leadership experience (managing multi-region or national teams)
• Proven sales track record and hitting goals
• Firsthand experience with CRM platforms and sales tools
• Exceptional Strong and clear communication & negotiation skills
