Pay: $2,320.00/week working 40 hours + Mileage Reimbursement

The breakdown:

• $58.00/hour
• $87.00/hour overtime
• $0.70 per mile

Weekly direct deposit

Home Health RN Essential Job Functions: 

The Home Health Registered Nurse is responsible for traveling to a patients home to provide skilled nursing service in accordance with the orders of the patients health care professional, under a plan of treatment established by the healthcare team.

• 5-6 patients per day, radius of 60 miles from Springfield, IL 62704 or Decatur, IL 62521
• Responsible for the observation, assessment, nursing diagnosis, council, care and health teaching for patients, and health maintenance and illness prevention.
• Provide progress notes to the patients provider when the patients conditions change or there are deviations from the plan of care, or at least every 60 days.
• Direct the activities of the licensed practical nurse and supervise the aide in the home.
• Administer medications and treatment as prescribed by the patients provider.
• Act as the coordinator of the healthcare team to maintain the proper linkages within a continuum of care.
• Perform acts in accordance with the IL Nurse Practice Act.
• Maintains patient and staff privacy and confidentiality pursuant to HIPAA Privacy Final Rule.
• Attends all training and educational requirements for role.

• Now hiring for a 3/10 or 3/17 start date
• 13-week direct contract with a high potential to extend
• Quick feedback and expedited credentialing process with in-house experts
• 40 hours per week
• Mon-Fri (Rotating Weekends) | 8-Hour | Day shift

RN Requirements:

• Active IL State RN License
• AHA - BLS
• 6+ months of Home Health experience
• Clean Driving Record
