Hospice Sales Director

Columbia, Maryland - Management for hospice sales consultants

Full-time • Permanent

Territory: Columbia, MD with sales team coverage across Montgomery County, MD and Washington, DC .

The Opportunity

HealthCare Recruiters International is recruiting for a recognized and national hospice provider who seeks a Hospice Sales Director to lead hospice growth and a high-performing sales team.

Must have: Prior hospice sales management experience in the Maryland area.

Please note that candidates without this experience will not be considered.

What You’ll Do

• Own the growth plan: Develop and execute market strategies to expand hospice volumes and strengthen referral patterns.
• Lead the team: Recruit, coach, and motivate sales representatives to achieve goals and quality outcomes.
• Enable success: Create and deliver practical training and in-service sessions for community partners and staff; update content as needs evolve.
• Use data to win: Monitor and analyze referral/admissions trends to uncover opportunities and refine outreach.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred .
• Proven leadership managing hospice sales teams.
• Track record of directing, motivating, and developing professionals.
• Skill in designing and delivering training and in-services.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base + Bonus: $120,000–$150,000 total comp plan
