Job Description

All Things HR, LLC , an outsourced human resource management firm, is seeking a dynamic and high-performing HR Consultant to join our team!  As part of our growing company, you will provide consultative and collaborative HR services to our clients who are typically small to medium in size (less than 100 employees), and from a wide range of industries.

This is a part-time hourly position, approximately 25 - 35 hours per week. You will be assigned to work with a Senior HR Consultant to supervise, mentor, and provide detailed one-on-one onboarding and consultant training, and assist with client assignments.

You manage your own schedule, however the ability to be flexible with the amount of hours worked per week is important.  While most of our HR support work can primarily be done remotely, candidates must accommodate requests from our clients to work on-site as needed.  Candidates must reside in the Greater Puget Sound area.

Some of the Projects you will work on:
  • HR Audits
  • Developing and Revising Employee Handbooks
  • Employee relations – including employee engagement, settling disputes and conflicts, disciplinary actions, and monitoring overall morale and performance
  • Investigations
  • Training and development
  • Benefit administration
  • Performance Management
  • Safety compliance
  • Leave management – including a strong understanding of leave laws such as FMLA, ADA, WLAD, etc.
  • On-site assignments – as requested by clients
We are looking for an HR Consultant who is:
  • Able to occasionally work onsite with clients located in the Greater Puget Sound area as needed
  • Comfortable working part-time hours that will vary each week (typically between 25 – 35 hours)
  • Has 10+ years of HR Management experience; working for multiple employers with a workforce of 100 – 200 employees.
  • Knowledgeable in all aspects of federal, Washington State and local employment laws, regulations, and recordkeeping
  • Experience with managing HR department budgets
  • Has exceptional customer service experience and a desire to help businesses from a wide range of industries
Compensation:
  • $48.00 - $62.50 per hour DOE
