Position: Long Term Contract (Possible Extension)

Title: 1399611 - HR Representative / Centralization Analyst (Automotive)

Job Description:

  • The HR Operations team is looking for a centralization analyst team member with skills and competency to provide support in functional areas of a human resources department.
  • The position will process HR transaction requests from the organizations facilities around the U.S. and Canada into the applicable HR system.
  • The analyst is responsible for ensuring each request is complete and is compliant with the organization's SOX guidelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Working knowledge of SOX principles.
  • Experience working with an HRIS System is a MUST.
  • Workday experience required.
  • PeopleSoft Transaction entries, ensuring Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) compliance for U.S. FCA facilities.
  • Update employee records in the HR/Payroll system as appropriate.
  • Provide critical thinking, and strong attention to detail to ensure compliance with processing.
  • Onsite work

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Must have a strong disposition toward customer service and proven aptitude for computer-based leave transaction processing with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Must have strong analytical background with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the aptitude of fast learning and comprehension in a constant process changing environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications, planning and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong follow-up, organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally and within HR with a high level of professionalism.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with Workday, PeopleSoft and COGNOS or other reporting tools
  • Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office products

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or human resources related field
