What You’ll Do:

As an HR Generalist, you’ll play a key role in fostering a supportive work environment and ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes across both companies. Your responsibilities may include:

• Managing recruitment and onboarding processes for new hires
• Administering employee benefits and handling day-to-day HR inquiries
• Supporting performance review cycles and employee development initiatives
• Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with labor laws
• Assisting in resolving employee relations issues with professionalism and care
• Helping build a culture that reflects our values and keeps our team stoked

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in a human resources or people operations role
• Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment regulations
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Experience with ADP is a plus
• A proactive mindset and a genuine passion for supporting teams and culture
