Job: HR Generalist

Location: Maple Grove, MN

Pay: 65-85k

We’re seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to join our team in Maple Grove, MN. The individual in this role will take the lead on various HR initiatives, including talent acquisition, performance management, compliance, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day HR operations and respond to employee inquiries
• Oversee hiring processes and contribute to strategic recruitment efforts
• Manage employee performance programs and provide guidance to leadership
• Ensure company policies and HR practices comply with legal standards
• Promote positive employee relations and manage sensitive issues with discretion
• Implement and maintain HRIS platforms and systems

What We're Looking For:

• Demonstrated experience in recruitment and performance management
• Strong understanding of employment laws and compliance requirements
• Skilled in managing interpersonal relationships and effective communication
• Capable of handling confidential matters with integrity
• Familiarity with HR software and systems
• Professional certifications like SHRM-CP or PHR are preferred
• 4+ years of HR experience
• Experience in the accounting or professional services sector is an advantage
