Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced HVAC Project Manager to join our team and take the lead on tenant improvement projects. In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing all phases of assigned projects—from kickoff to closeout—ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Budgeting & Bidding via industry standards
  • CAE estimating methodology mastery
  • CAE systems, applications, and workflow mastery
  • RFI creation management
  • Billing & SOV’s
  • Dynamically monitor manpower and crew rates with Field Operations
  • Change Order estimating and management
  • Bi-Weekly Project Manager Meetings
  • Ongoing client base development
  • Mentoring & training of Project Engineer Team
  • Communication excellence with Field
  • Lead mechanical conversations
  • Job Walks & Site Visits
  • Field & Foreman relationship development
  • $3 – 5 million project load

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in medical construction with HCAI compliance insight
  • Demonstrated success managing complex projects
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to lead mechanical scope discussions with clarity
  • Proven ability to build team culture and deliver profitable projects

Pay Range: $90k-$165k
