ENTRY LEVEL- Sales Consultant

Salary Range: $45K - $50K

Compensation Package:  Yearly Salary, Commission, Yearly Bonus

Job Type:  100% On-site

Location:  02072, Stoughton, Massachusetts, United States

We’re working with a company in the moving and storage industry that is expanding its sales team at its Stoughton branch and looking for a  Sales Consultant who can come and grow with the company. Our client provides a professional, fast-paced work environment with  warm leads and NO cold calling.

This role includes paid training, a strong commission structure, and career growth potential.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound sales calls and follow up on warm and hot leads
• Conduct on-site and video surveys to assess moving needs
• Consult with customers regarding logistics and service options
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring follow-up and follow-through
• Meet or exceed sales goals set by management
• Build strong client relationships through a consultative sales approach

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of inside sales experience (preferred)
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Basic knowledge of sales principles and best practices
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook & Teams) is a plus

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday (8 AM – 5 PM, with one day per week from 10 AM – 7 PM EST)
• One Saturday per month (8 AM – 4 PM)
• In-person work with one remote day per week
