Job Description

We’re looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to support our sales efforts and work closely with our outside sales team. This role focuses on lead management, customer follow-up, and helping drive revenue through coordinated sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and collaborate with the outside sales team on accounts and opportunities
• Manage inbound leads and conduct outbound outreach
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings for outside reps
• Maintain accurate records in CRM
• Follow up on samples, and customer requests
• Communicate customer needs and feedback to internal and external teams
• Help meet individual and team sales goals

Qualifications

• This is an entry-level role; prior inside sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Comfortable with phone and email outreach
• Team-oriented with the ability to work cross-functionally
• CRM experience a plus
