Key Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls to assist customers with sales inquiries, product information, pricing, stock availability, shipment status, and other related issues
• Proactively create new sales opportunities through inbound leads and outbound calls and emails
• Understand customer needs and requirements to provide tailored solutions to earn their business
• Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest to increase sales utilizing a software program
• Handle and manage sales orders
• Process sales data and generate related reports

Requirements:

• Positive, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset
• Excellent communication skills and a willingness to work with a team
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Bilingual in Mandarin is a plus , but not required
• Previous sales experience is preferred, but not required
