Are you a dynamic sales professional with a passion for relationship-driven sales and solution-based selling? We’re looking for an experienced sales representative to join a well-established manufacturer in the Waukesha/Brookfield area, specializing in high-performance materials for a variety of industries. This is ideal for someone with an inside or outside sales background that is looking to join a growing privately held team that treats it's people well. This is a on-site position as frequent team collaboration is needed for success in the role.

What You’ll Do:
🔹 Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
🔹 Educate clients on product benefits and perform product demonstrations
🔹 Represent the company at tradeshows and customer training sessions
🔹 Drive sales growth through a strategic, consultative approach
Who You Are:
✅ 5+ years of inside/outside sales experience (preferably in manufacturing or chemicals)
✅ Strong business development and customer relationship skills
✅ Proficient in CRM tools and sales analytics
