Salary: $126,100 - 227,950 per year Requirements:

• I require candidates to hold a Bachelor's degree along with at least 12 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with a minimum of 10 years of applicable experience. I also expect prior leadership roles, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in developing and maintaining technical documents, analysis, and reports. Additionally, candidates should possess experience in preparing and presenting briefings to senior management and stakeholders. A working knowledge of Database Management Systems and Database Design principles is essential. An Active Top Secret government security clearance is a must, along with the ability to obtain a DHS EOD SCI.

Responsibilities:

• As the Database Architect, you will support the ITP database backend infrastructure by conducting routine maintenance, managing upgrades, and overseeing system recapitalization. Your responsibilities will include performing regular maintenance tasks such as reindexing, database backups, transaction log truncation, and managing database clusters. You will design encryption solutions for databases utilizing features like Transparent Data Encryption (TDE) and maintain comprehensive documentation to accurately capture the configuration baseline. Additionally, you will devise and support system recapitalization plans to accommodate growth and changes as directed by the customer and act as the subject matter expert on all aspects of the database infrastructure. You will also assist in developing stored procedures, queries, and views to fulfill customer needs and support data warehouse functions. Furthermore, you will help identify and enhance database schemas to ensure referential integrity, manage cascade transactions, indexes, and other design parameters.
