Intermediate Architect

Location: New York, New York

Salary Range: $85,000 - $100,000 per year

Job Type : Full-Time

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 hour shift

A leading architecture firm in New York, specializing in high-rise luxury residential buildings and multi-family projects is seeking an Intermediate Architect to join a dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager and team in drafting, detailing, and coordinating architectural projects.
• Create sets of construction drawings.
• Work on multi-family and commercial projects, particularly focusing on high-rise luxury residential designs.
• Collaborate within a team-oriented environment while meeting tight deadlines.
• Maintain effective communication with internal and external teams to ensure smooth project flow.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of multi-family project experience, particularly in NYC high-end residential, mixed-use buildings, or commercial projects.
• Strong proficiency in Revit.
• Experience in creating construction drawings and project documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and effectively manage time.
• A strong team player with an enthusiastic and organized work ethic.
