Job Overview - Investment Banking Analyst

Atlantic Group is representing an exciting Investment Banking Analyst opportunity with a boutique investment firm in Delaware County, PA. Our client is experiencing rapid growth and has multiple strategies implemented to continue their success. The Investment Banking Analyst is an essential part of the banking team and will primarily prepare valuation analyses, conduct market research, and manage data. An ideal candidate will be proactive and have excellent interpersonal skills.

Location: Delaware County, PA – Hybrid

Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 + bonus

Responsibilities as the Investment Banking Analyst Include:

• Conduct valuation analyses including public comparable companies and precedent transactions.
• Perform industry, market, and competitor research, and due diligence.
• Support the preparation of marketing materials describing clients’ businesses and growth prospects.
• Develop financial models to forecast clients’ businesses and growth opportunities.
• Identify potential buyers, investors, or targets for each engagement and manage transaction data logistics.

Requirements for the Investment Banking Analyst Include:

• Minimum one year of investment banking, private equity or relevant M&A advisory experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics or accounting.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, financial analysis, and accounting principles.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork abilities.
