大手IT企業がアメリカのデトロイト拠点で、インフラエンジニアを新たに募集します。ネットワークおよびサーバーシステムの導入・移行プロジェクトに関する業務をご担当いただきます。顧客との要件定義から設計、構築、サポートまで幅広くご対応いただくポジションです。

【職務内容】
＜フェーズ1：顧客との要件確認＞
• 顧客との打ち合わせを通じて要件の明確化
＜フェーズ2：設計・ソリューション選定＞
• 要件に最適なソリューションの設計と機器選定
• セールスチームとの連携による提案資料・見積作成のサポート
＜フェーズ3：構築・導入（オンサイト）＞
• ファイアウォール、ルーター、スイッチ、アクセスポイントの設定
• 顧客先への訪問・ネットワーク機器の導入作業
• 問題のエスカレーション（社内上位サポート/ベンダー）
• Tier 1 または Tier 2 レベルのサポート（メール・電話での対応）
• ハードウェア修理の調整（メーカーとの連携）
• PCのキッティングやソフトウェア・ドライバのインストール作業
• ネットワーク機器およびサーバーのファームウェア/ソフトウェアアップデート
• 顧客情報の記録・更新（自動化システム使用）
• 日次業務について上司と適時ミーティングを実施
【応募要件】
＜言語スキル＞
• 必須：英語（ビジネスレベル）
• 歓迎：日本語スキル
＜技術スキル＞
• 必須：TCP/IPプロトコル、ネットワーク機器（Firewall、Router、Switch、AccessPointなど）
• 歓迎：Windows OS（クライアント・サーバー）、Active Directory、仮想化ソフト（VMware、Hyper-V）、クラウド（Azure、AWS）
＜コミュニケーションスキル＞
• 顧客や社内営業との協力を通じた関係構築
• ベンダーと連携し、導入・移行プロジェクトを推進
＜経験＞
• ITサポートやネットワーク関連プロジェクトの経験：5年以上

【給料】
• 年収： $50,000〜$70,000
• 賞与： 年2回（会社業績による）
