We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to successfully coordinate and execute multiple graphic design projects—both print and digital—from concept through completion. This hybrid position combines creative design with project coordination and requires a foundation in traditional print production alongside a passion for digital marketing and communications.

Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and execute both print and digital marketing projects in alignment with established strategies and customer goals
  • Deliver creative solutions that reflect CFI’s capabilities and drive impact across traditional and digital channels
  • Manage social media content creation and scheduling across platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X/Twitter)
  • Develop and design email marketing campaigns from concept through deployment, including layout, assets, and optimization
  • Create compelling digital assets for paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
  • Support website design, content updates, and ongoing maintenance in collaboration with internal teams or external partners
  • Lead kickoff meetings and maintain consistent communication with internal stakeholders and clients throughout the project lifecycle
  • Track production timelines and deliverables using project management software
  • Create and manage schedules, instruct other designers, and prepare documentation for billing and project tracking
  • Design and build page layouts for multi-page print materials such as catalogs, brochures, and flyers
  • Prepare press-ready files for print and optimize digital assets for web, mobile, and email
  • Lead resolution of client concerns and ensure satisfaction with deliverables
  • Other duties and support as assigned

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of graphic design experience with a portfolio that includes both print and digital work
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator); familiarity with tools like Figma, XD, or Canva is a plus
  • Experience with digital platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, WordPress, Squarespace, or similar is preferred
  • Experience managing and executing projects with competing deadlines and cross-functional teams
  • Prepress and preflight experience a plus
  • Strong visual design skills and a keen eye for detail, layout, color, and typography
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative creative team
  • Flexible, curious, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Passion for creating engaging, user-centered designs and marketing experiences across print and digital channels

Digital marketing experience or strong interest in the following areas:

  • Email marketing platforms and campaign development
  • Social media content creation and management
  • Paid advertising creative development (e.g., social, search/display ads)
  • Website design and basic web development (no coding required, but familiarity is a plus)
  • Digital analytics and performance tracking (e.g., open rates, engagement, click-through rates)
