职位描述：
1. 负责抗体的筛选、制备和鉴定工作，对抗体进行测试评估等相关工作；
2. 负责筛选所需实验方法的建立，包括Elisa，FACS，HTRF等实验；
3. 负责抗体的改造，包括人源化、成药性优化、亲和力成熟、双抗和多抗的构建等；
4. 负责所需细胞的培养、细胞稳转株的构建；
5. 协助项目负责人完成研发项目的立项、实施和总结等相关工作；
任职要求：
1、分子生物、细胞生物、结构生物、免疫学和药理学等相关专业，硕士或博士学历
2、掌握分子克隆、细胞培养、蛋白表达和纯化、酶联免疫吸附、流式检测分析等相关实验技能
3、具备扎实的实验设计和数据处理能力，能够查阅文献解决技术问题；
4、工作严谨踏实，责任心强，善于沟通，具有团队合作精神。

Antibody Discovery Scientist
Job Description:
1、Responsible for antibody screening, preparation, and identification, as well as related work such as antibody testing and evaluation.
2、Responsible for establishing experimental methods required for screening, including experiments such as ELISA, FACS, and HTRF.
3、Responsible for antibody engineering, including humanization, developability optimization, affinity maturation, construction of bispecific and multispecific antibodies, etc.
4、Responsible for the culture of required cells and the construction of stable cell lines.
5、Assist project leaders in completing work related to the initiation, implementation, and summary of R&D projects.
Qualifications:
1、Major in Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Structural Biology, Immunology, Pharmacology, or related fields, with a Master's or doctoral degree.
2、Proficient in related experimental skills such as molecular cloning, cell culture, protein expression and purification, ELISA, and flow cytometry analysis.
3、Possess solid experimental design and data processing capabilities, and be able to review literature to solve technical problems.
4、Be rigorous and down-to-earth in work, have a strong sense of responsibility, be good at communication, and possess teamwork spirit.
