What You’ll Do

• Perform and oversee MRI scans to provide high-quality diagnostic images in accordance with physician orders and protocols (bls.gov, medicaltechnologyschools.com)
• Supervise MRI technologists, ensuring adherence to safety standards, workflow efficiency, and quality assurance practices
• Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals for accurate diagnoses and treatment planning
• Maintain and troubleshoot MRI equipment, coordinating service when necessary
• Train, mentor, and evaluate staff while fostering a positive and professional work environment

What You Bring

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology or MRI program
• ARRT (MR) certification and BLS certification required
• Current Tennessee state licensure or eligibility to obtain prior to start
• 3+ years of MRI experience, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong technical expertise with advanced MRI protocols and excellent interpersonal skills
