ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support basic reporting and tracking in the Learning Management System (LMS), including pulling completion reports and learner analytics.

  • Perform audio recordings and light editing for training modules as needed.
  • Provide general administrative support to the L&D Manager across various learning projects.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather content and assist in designing learning solutions.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute creative ideas for improving learning experiences.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
  • Basic skills in Camtasia or similar tools for video editing and screen recording.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Willingness to travel to the Houston office on rare occasions, depending on project needs.

  • Optional Qualifications:
  • Ability to record and edit audio clips (experience with tools like Audacity, Camtasia, or similar is a plus).
  • Comfortable with basic reporting tasks and working in learning systems (LMS experience is a plus).

Additional Requirements

  • As part of the interview process, candidates will be asked to submit a sample guide and/or video based on a provided topic to demonstrate their writing or content development skills.

What We Offer

  • Flexible part-time hours (Monday–Friday, between 8am to 5pm, max 20 hours/week)
  • Fully remote role with occasional, rare in-office requirements in Houston
  • Exposure to real-world L&D projects and tools
  • Hands-on learning experience with mentorship from an experienced L&D leader
