Duration: Permanent Hire

Total First Year Compensation: $175,000 - $200,000+

Overview:

One of our premier financial services clients is seeking an experienced Financial Consultant to join their one of their Bay Area branches. This is a client-facing role where you will provide personalized financial guidance and planning, leveraging the firm’s open architecture platform and industry-leading resources. You’ll work with an established client base while expanding your reach and deepening relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive financial planning and investment advice through face-to-face client interactions.
• Manage and grow an existing book of business, maintaining strong relationships with high-net-worth clients.
• Identify client needs and recommend tailored investment solutions across a broad range of products.
• Collaborate with internal partners to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Represent the firm’s brand with professionalism and integrity in all client engagements.
• Commit to long-term client success and see yourself growing in this role for 2–3+ years.

Qualifications:

• Licensing:
• Active Series 7 license (required)
• Series 63 license (minimum); Series 66 or 63/65 strongly preferred
• Experience:
• 3–5 years of hands-on financial planning experience
• Proven track record managing your own book of business
• Experience working with 250+ high-net-worth clients and managing $100M+ in AUM (400–450 households)
• Familiarity with 3 or more investment products/solutions
• Skills & Attributes:
• Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
• Ability to uncover client needs and deliver customized financial strategies
• Client-focused mindset with a long-term commitment to the role and firm
