Join Our Team as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) – Empower High School Students to Succeed!

We’re seeking full-time and part-time Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHCs) to support high school students in Broward County through our groundbreaking IMPACT program. This is your chance to help teens overcome challenges, build resilience, and thrive academically and personally.
What You Need to Apply:
- Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling
- Active LMHC licensure in Florida
- Experience working with high school students (preferred but not required!)
- A passion for supporting teenagers through life’s challenges
What You’ll Do:
- Be a Trusted Support System – Provide one-on-one and group counseling to help students manage stress, anxiety, trauma, and personal struggles.
- Collaborate for Student Success – Work alongside school counselors, teachers, and families to create a network of support for students.
- Personalized Plans That Work – Develop custom treatment plans using proven therapy methods like Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma-Focused CBT.
- Help Students Overcome Trauma – Conduct trauma-informed assessments and interventions to empower students to heal and grow.
- Crisis Intervention & Prevention – Work with school counselors to assess risks and implement crisis intervention strategies when students need immediate support.
