Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Dania, FL. The Logistics Manager – Final Mile Furniture Delivery. We are seeking a skilled Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize our final mile delivery operations for luxury furniture. In this role, you will ensure seamless delivery experiences for discerning clients, manage complex logistics networks, and lead a team dedicated to excellence. Your expertise will be critical in upholding our reputation and meeting the exacting standards of our Fortune 500 client.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all aspects of final mile logistics for high-end furniture deliveries, ensuring timely and damage-free service.
  • Oversee scheduling, routing, and dispatch of delivery teams to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our Fortune 500 client, ensuring all service expectations and KPIs are consistently met.
  • Train, supervise, and motivate logistics and delivery staff, fostering a culture of professionalism and accountability.
  • Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics, implementing process improvements for cost savings and service enhancements.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and client requirements.
  • Collaborate with customer service, warehouse, and client teams to resolve issues and deliver a seamless experience.
  • Manage vendor and carrier relationships, negotiating contracts and service agreements as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field/or 5+ years of logistics or supply chain experience, with at least 2 years in final mile or high-value goods delivery.
  • Proven track record managing logistics for high-end or luxury products, preferably with Fortune 500 clients.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (verbal and written) preferred.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with logistics software and route optimization tools.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Experience in white-glove delivery or furniture logistics is highly desirable.
