A leading provider of wealth management solutions and investment banking services is seeking an M&A Legal Counsel to support its corporate transactions. This role will focus on mergers, acquisitions, strategic investments, and corporate structuring, providing legal guidance on complex financial transactions. The position offers exposure to high-profile deals within a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate M&A agreements, including NDAs, term sheets, and transaction documents.
• Conduct due diligence, risk assessments, and regulatory compliance reviews for potential acquisitions and investments.
• Advise on corporate structuring, governance, and integration strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including finance, investment banking, and compliance, to ensure seamless execution of transactions.
• Engage with external counsel and regulatory bodies as needed.
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments in M&A and wealth management sectors.

Requirements:

• 3-6 years PQE in M&A, corporate law, or private equity.
• Experience at a top law firm or in-house legal team, preferably within financial services.
• Strong negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with investment advisory and wealth management industries is a plus.
