Now Hiring: Manual Machinist – 1st Shift (6 Days/Week)

Pay Range: $30–$38/hour (Depending on experience)

Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday–Saturday

Position Overview

EmployBridge is looking for an experienced Manual Machinist to join our team at a leading industrial facility in Cumming, GA. This is a full-time, high-priority position with competitive pay, strong benefits, and long-term growth potential . Please note: CNC machines are not used in this role — we’re seeking a true manual machinist.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• Proficient in using precision tools such as micrometers and calipers to .0001 tolerance
• Ability to read and interpret engineered part drawings
• Skilled in operating engine lathes (all sizes)
• Experienced with mill machines , including large horizontal and vertical mills
• Capable of holding tight tolerances to within .001 overall
• Must have a zero-incident safety record with current references
• Willingness to work overtime as needed (6-day schedule)
• Occasional travel for field work may be required
