Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager with 10+ years of experience in the food industry to oversee site-wide maintenance operations. This role requires strong electrical and mechanical knowledge, as well as experience in packaging, process, building maintenance, and stationary engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the maintenance function to ensure regulatory compliance (health & safety, environmental standards).
• Oversee preventive & predictive maintenance (PM/PDM) to improve operating efficiencies.
• Manage hiring decisions, contract signing, shutdown scheduling, and performance appraisals.
• Drive Best-in-Class Maintenance and Process Control with a focus on Lean Practices and 5S.
• Develop and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Effectively manage budgets, planning, and resource allocation.
• Ensure strong communication and teamwork across all levels of the organization.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing/process environment.
• Strong electrical and mechanical maintenance knowledge.
• Expertise in computer & systems technology.
• Exceptional problem-solving, conflict resolution, and team development skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize effectively.
