Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team in Franklin, TN (37064). In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting various systems, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime. If you have experience with Variable Frequency Drives (VFD), Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), and Conveyor Systems, particularly with Allen Bradley equipment, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on conveyor systems and associated machinery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC).
• Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance equipment performance.
• Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate records of repairs and inspections.
• Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment as needed.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC).
• Experience with conveyor systems, particularly those utilizing Allen Bradley components.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
