The Ranger Group, a leading US Engineering Solutions provider to companies across the Aerospace & Defense, Medical Device, Electronics and Industrial Manufacturing industries, is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician for a 6 month+ Contract opportunity with an Electronics products company in Scottsdale, AZ.
Job Summary:
• Maintain equipment to support manufacturing operations
• Communicate relevant equipment status to associated manufacturing line leads and supervisors
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, determine corrective actions and communicate with Manufacturing Engineers to resolve issues
• Complete assigned and ad-hoc work orders in computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)
• Transact parts within CMMS to maintain accurate inventory levels
• Participate in process reviews for products as required
• Engage in problem solving & brainstorming, both individually and as part of the team
• Follow Environmental Health and Safety guidelines
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or high school equivalency certificate
• Strong mechanical and pneumatic knowledge and aptitude
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a technician working with complex equipment
• Experience working with automated assembly equipment is preferred
• Experience working with high volume automated systems is preferred
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and mechanical drawings
• Basic computer skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to expand your professional knowledge
