🚨 We're Hiring: Estimator / Project Manager II - Manufacturing

📍 On-site | Kansas City, MO (Relocation Assistance Provided)

📆 Up to 40 Remote Work Days Annually

🟧 Must Have: Corrugated Packaging Experience

We are looking for detail-driven Project Estimator or Project Manager with experience in custom corrugated packaging in Manufacturing Industry! also looking for a proactive professional to support our internal client services team with high-volume estimating and project management for custom, non-repeatable packaging solutions.

🔧 What You’ll Do:

• Estimate and quote complex custom packaging projects
• Collaborate with sales and production to manage orders from quote to invoice
• Source materials such as foam, corrugate, labels, wood, and more
• Manage timelines, artwork, production, assembly, and fulfillment
• Interface directly with customers to ensure exceptional service
• Track inventory and manage outbound logistics
• Support warehousing and ensure materials align with customer needs

🧠 What You Bring:

• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, print, packaging, fulfillment, or logistics
• Proven corrugated experience , including custom project estimating
• Customer-facing communication experience
• ERP & Excel proficiency (Salesforce experience is a plus)
• Strong math, organizational, and document interpretation skills

🎓 Bonus If You Have:

• Degree in Packaging, Graphics, or related field
• Experience with HRMS ERP systems
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
