Position Summary

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our team and assist with regional marketing efforts across the U.S. This person will be instrumental in planning and executing marketing programs, campaigns, and events that drive brand awareness and generate pipeline to support our sales goals.

As a key member of the marketing organization, they will collaborate closely with global marketing and go-to-market teams to ensure alignment and impact. Their focus will be on promoting Kudelski Security’s solutions, services, and partner technologies through strategic, results-oriented initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute regional marketing programs including multi-touch campaigns, digital advertising, social media, direct mail, and both virtual and in-person events.
  • Collaborate with regional sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals and ensure program success.
  • Manage lead generation campaigns across online and offline channels to support pipeline growth.
  • Develop and implement regional digital marketing efforts such as ad campaigns, co-branded web content, social media, and webinars.
  • Serve as the primary marketing liaison for key technology partners, driving joint strategies and reviewing pipeline opportunities.
  • Track and report on campaign performance with a focus on ROI and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with global marketing to create and update collateral including brochures, datasheets, and digital assets.
  • Maintain a regional marketing calendar in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
  • Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
  • Build strong internal and external relationships to enhance program effectiveness and brand presence.

Your key qualities and skills

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing, field marketing, campaign management, communications, or event management.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute regional marketing plans tailored to different buyer personas and stages of the sales cycle.
  • Hands-on experience with multi-channel marketing tactics including digital campaigns, events, social media, and lead generation.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and event coordination skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Working knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and design tools (Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva).

Compensation:

At Kudelski Security, we believe in providing fair and competitive compensation that reflects both market benchmarks and internal equity, considering individual experience and expectations.

For this role, the compensation range is 60 k-75k OTE (On-Target Earnings), which includes both base salary and commissions.
