good logical analysis and judgment ability, excellent execution;
Familiar with the operation process of customer service business modules, preferred; 1, responsible for translating and proofreading knowledge base, service rules and other texts;

Work with the entire customer service team to collect, research and analyze business-related information and provide analysis and optimization reports;
Responsible for the user research in the target market/country, and put forward professional suggestions to help the team optimize the rules and processing procedures to improve customer satisfaction.
