Job Description: The National Sales Representative will focus exclusively on expanding our footprint in the pharmacy market across the United States. This role is crucial for someone with a deep understanding of the retail space within the pharmacy sector, possessing the expertise to forge significant relationships and drive sales growth within this niche market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategically target and build relationships with independent pharmacies, major pharmacy chains, and drug wholesalers nationwide.
• Leverage industry experience to understand and navigate the complexities of pharmacy sales channels.
• Develop tailored proposals and solutions that meet the specific needs of pharmacy clients focusing in the cosmetics/ makeup category.
• Conduct high-level product demonstrations and presentations tailored to the pharmacy market.
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring compliance with pharmacy industry regulations.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets specific to the pharmacy sector.
• Provide insights into product performance and client feedback to enhance market strategy.
• Attend and exhibit trade shows within the space.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of direct sales experience in the retail space within the pharmacy sector, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong understanding of the pharmacy market dynamics and customer needs.
• Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to close sales and build lasting relationships.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the capacity to interact effectively with pharmacy decision-makers.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the nation to meet potential and existing clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
