Job Description We are hiring two Provider Data Analysts to join our team. These individuals will be focusing on gathering information on facility-based provider groups in the US. The analysts will be responsible for submitting tickets to the data team with specific requirements ("these should be X or show Y"). Key Responsibilities Conduct phone outreach and online research to collect information on provider groups (oncology, pathology, etc.) tied to facilities in Texas. Submit tickets to the data team with detailed requirements. Work with internal and external teams to gather information on out-of-network utilization. Support the network monitoring team by resolving data accuracy issues. Perform data analysis to support provider recruitment efforts. Analyze out-of-network claims information and identify trends. Heavy use of online tools and Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and research. Skills And Requirements Minimum of 3 years of healthcare experience in roles such as Provider Data Analyst, Provider Operations Coordinator, Network Analyst, or Provider Relations Representative. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, including formulas, sorting and filtering, and VLOOKUP. Familiarity with Illinois and Texas healthcare systems (Central or Eastern time zones).
