Network Engineer:
· Active Cisco CCNP Certification Required
· Advanced Troubleshooting experience in large enterprise networks.
· Experience with CMDBs and ITOMs (ServiceNow)
· Interface with Network Architects as well as Network Administrators
Responsibilities:
· Design, develop and deploy LAN/WAN network infrastructure
· Responsible for 2nd/3rd level troubleshooting for LAN/WAN alerts and issues
· Produce and maintain documentation related to all systems developed/deployed
· Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, sd-wan. wireless (Cisco Meraki))
· Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations
· Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability
· Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning
· Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
· Conduct technical training to internal resources
