Salary: $104,650 - 189,175 per year Requirements:

• A DoD TS/SCI Clearance is mandatory.
• Current security certification in line with DoD 8140; must secure an appropriate computing environment certification within 6 months (DoD 8570 IAT/IAM level III equivalent).
• Proficient in Windows Server management, Active Directory, and system patching.
• Experience with RHEL 9 system administration and patching methods.
• Knowledge of Powershell and BASH scripting.
• Ability to quickly understand and respond to diverse technical issues that arise in real-time data flows.
• Familiarity with troubleshooting system problems.
• Knowledgeable in syslog and Windows Event Viewer.
• Competent in all Microsoft Office Suite applications (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio).
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
• Proven track record in supporting complex technical environments.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated capability in training and mentoring personnel in technical and operational areas.

Responsibilities:

• Provide systems support for NSOC operations, diagnosing and resolving intricate technical issues affecting systems and networks.
• Oversee and manage systems, showcasing expertise in Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 9 and Windows 2019/2022.
• Train and guide operators to ensure their proficiency in operational processes and technical systems.
• Collaborate closely with C2NSOC leadership, offering regular updates, insights, and recommendations to meet operational objectives.
• Implement changes and refine Windows and Linux systems for enhanced reliability and performance.
• Work alongside Tier 3 engineering on deployment adjustments for production systems.
• Keep abreast of industry best practices and cutting-edge technologies.
