Nurse Paralegal – Per Diem or Full-Time

My client, a busy law firm, is seeking a skilled Nurse Paralegal to support their team on a per diem or full-time basis. Whether you're looking to contribute on a flexible schedule or ready to make a career pivot into legal work full time, we want to hear from you.

This is an ideal role for a clinically experienced RN, LPN, or similar professional who thrives on detail, is curious about the legal process, and wants to use their medical expertise in a new way.

What You’ll Do:

• Review and summarize medical records to assist in litigation or case evaluation
• Prepare detailed timelines, medical chronologies, and expert witness packets
• Translate medical terminology into clear, concise language for attorneys and clients
• Draft or support discovery responses and medical-related legal documents
• Assist with trial prep, deposition outlines, and expert coordination
• Communicate with clients, providers, and experts to ensure accuracy and clarity

What We’re Looking For:

• RN, LPN, or equivalent clinical background (required)
• Legal experience (paralegal certificate or litigation background) is a plus—but not required if you're willing to learn
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Tech-comfortable (case management software, digital medical records, etc.)
• Availability for either full-time work or per diem case-by-case support
