Onward Search Education is partnering with a school district in Kit Carson County, CO to hire a school-based Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for the 2025–2026 school year.

Location: Kit Carson County, CO

Start Date: August 1, 2025

End Date: May 29, 2026

Schedule: 3 days/week

Grade Level: PreK–12th grade

Hours: Approximately 22.5 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy services under the supervision of an OTR across four school sites.
• Assist in implementing student treatment plans and IEP goals.
• Support students in developing fine motor, sensory, and adaptive skills.
• Collaborate with school staff and families to help students access their education.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed COTA registered with DORA (Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies).
• Experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and time management skills.
