Job Description

We are seeking an organized, personable, and proactive Office Administration/Receptionist to support our office operations. This individual will play a key role in ensuring the daily efficiency of our team while serving as a welcoming first point of contact for visitors and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer and direct phone calls, take messages as needed
• Perform general administrative tasks such as copying, scanning, filing, and data entry
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
• Maintain and organize kitchen, snack, and communal office areas
• Coordinate and facilitate office and field lunches
• Monitor inventory of supplies, place orders, and restock as necessary
• Schedule appointments and maintain company calendars
• Provide administrative support to staff and management as needed
• Help plan and support company events and social gatherings
• Ensure overall office organization and cleanliness

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years in an administrative or clerical role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask
• Professional phone demeanor and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, punctual, and dependable
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
