Corporate Resources, on behalf of our client located in Schaumburg, IL, is hiring a full-time, permanent Office Assistant (Hybrid).

$21-$24/Hour (Plus full health benefits, 3 weeks PTO, 401(k) match, and a hybrid schedule)

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Inquiries & Support: Addressing customer questions via phone and email, providing clear and helpful information about our products and services.
• Order Management: Assisting with order processing, tracking, and ensuring the timely delivery of products while offering proactive support to resolve any issues.
• Coordination with Teams: Working closely with the manufacturing and logistics teams to ensure product availability and smooth order fulfillment.
• Database Management : Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and feedback to ensure streamlined communication across departments.
• Returns: Managing returns and product feedback to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous product improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Previous customer service experience required; retail or internship experience will be considered.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, professional, and empathetic approach to customer service.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications
