Job Description

In this role, you’ll be the friendly face and welcoming presence at the front of our office—greeting employees and guests, managing incoming calls, handling mail and deliveries, and supporting a variety of administrative and operational tasks that keep our office running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):

  • Contractor, Onsite role: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
  • Location: 1745 Corporate Dr, Nocross, GA
  • Greet visitors, provide directions, and ensure a warm, professional first impression
  • Answer and transfer phone calls, take messages, and manage inquiries
  • Maintain the reception area, kitchen, office supplies, and storage areas
  • Track and restock supplies as needed
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Order breakfast, coffee, and lunch, book restaurants as needed
  • Assist with onboarding new hires, offboarding
  • Support team events, meeting scheduling, and end-of-year celebrations
  • Help with monthly expense reports and coordinate office maintenance requests
  • Prepare documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • be able to lift up to 25 lbs

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 1-2 years administrative experience preferred
  • Strong work ethic, reliable and punctual
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Friendly, helpful, and customer-service oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Mandarin-speaking preferred
  • Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S.
