We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Onsite Office Assistant to join our team in Long Island City, NY. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, support daily office operations, and assist in maintaining an organized and efficient work environment. You will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a positive experience while addressing inquiries and managing administrative tasks.
· Answer incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, providing accurate information and directing requests as necessary.
· Assist customers with their needs, resolve issues, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
· Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring that necessary materials are available.
· Perform data entry, filing, and document preparation as needed.
· Support scheduling and coordination of meetings, appointments, and events.
· Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
· Collaborate with team members on various projects and tasks.
· Communicate effectively with management and team members to ensure alignment on objectives and priorities.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent; some college experience preferred.
· Previous experience in customer service or office administration is a plus.
· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
· Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
Salary range : $20-$24 hourly
