Job Title: Operations Project Coordinator

Salary: $65,000 – $70,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and track multiple projects across operations, supply chain, and product development teams.
• Assist in budget tracking and support the understanding and monitoring of P&L statements.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure project milestones are met and deadlines are achieved.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, and presentations.
• Support process improvements and contribute to problem-solving initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with team members, vendors, and customers to ensure clarity and alignment.
• Provide data analysis and reporting as needed to support decision-making.
• Deliver professional presentations and updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Education: College degree preferred.
• Experience: 2–3 years in an operations or project coordination role, ideally in office products or consumer packaged goods manufacturing.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong knowledge of Windows-based operating systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong presentation and customer service orientation.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
