Large Public Conglomerate is seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead and drive strategic initiatives across multiple departments. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle—from planning and execution to completion—ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational objectives. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and an effective communicator with a strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver measurable results.

The Project Manager will oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to strategic planning through insightful analysis and recommendations.
  • Develop, implement, and track actionable project plans to meet goals and deadlines.
  • Champion high standards of productivity, quality, and client service across multiple projects.
  • Oversee project outcomes, anticipate challenges, and lead proactive risk mitigation efforts.
  • Promote a culture of accountability by taking full ownership of deliverables and performance outcomes.
  • Oversee budgets, forecast resource needs, and resolve financial variances through targeted corrective actions.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to increase departmental efficiency and organizational impact.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • At least 4 years of experience in a similar or related role.
  • Strong financial acumen; finance background preferred.
  • Familiarity with stock market concepts is a plus.
  • Willingness to respond to urgent or time-sensitive matters as needed.
