Job Overview – Order Management Coordinator – 33751
This role is responsible for managing customer orders from start to finish, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a high standard of service. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, detail-oriented, and skilled at working across internal teams to meet customer needs in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders and related transactions.
Provide exceptional service by building and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and external customers.
Execute customer agreements involving orders, quotes, and contracts with a high degree of precision.
Adapt quickly to support a range of customers, markets, and product segments.
Actively participate in system testing, training, and special projects as assigned.
Serve as a professional and effective representative of the company in all customer interactions.
Requirements
Bachelors degree and 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role within a corporate environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail with solid problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Comfortable working in a dynamic, team-oriented setting.
Self-motivated with a strong desire to enhance the customer experience.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with Salesforce preferred.
Passionate about delivering high-quality customer service.
