Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR)

We’re looking for a passionate and motivated Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our new team. As an Outbound SDR at NINJIO, your primary mission will be to consistently generate qualified outbound meetings for our Account Executives. You’ll research target accounts, engage key stakeholders through strategic multi-channel outreach, and spark interest in our award-winning cybersecurity awareness platform. Your work will be critical in ensuring a healthy pipeline of new business opportunities.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and prioritize lists of ideal customer profile (ICP) accounts using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, SalesIntel, and other tools
  • Conduct research to understand the business needs and pain points of target prospects
  • Drive outreach through phone calls (100/day), email, video messages, and social media to generate interest and book meetings
  • Follow-through to ensure meetings occur or pursue until successful AE meetings occur
  • Communicate the value of NINJIO’s cybersecurity training platform clearly and persuasively to create demand
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Marketing to ensure seamless handoffs and aligned messaging, continuously working to improve your messaging, and approach to maximize pipeline creation
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Hubspot
  • Hit and exceed monthly targets for outreach activity and qualified meetings that occur
  • Stay current on cybersecurity and awareness training trends to speak knowledgeably with prospects

What You Bring

  • 1+ years of high volume SDR or sales experience in a SaaS or B2B tech environment with ASP of $15k - $100k
  • Consistent track record of exceeding quota and driving results
  • Passion for outbound prospecting and connecting with new people
  • Experience with multi-touch sequences and personalization strategies
  • Familiarity with tools like SalesLoft, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and SFDC or Hubspot
  • Strong communication skills and high emotional intelligence
  • A self-starter attitude with grit, resilience, and a desire to win
  • An authentic, personable approach (someone who can spark up a great convo with anyone)
  • Long-term interest in building a career in sales

Education:

High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)

Compensation Model:

This is a full-time non-exempt (hourly) position with the opportunity to earn bonuses for peak performance.
